Delivery
We have a great deal of experience in shipping artwork safely to our customers worldwide, using a range of specialist packaging techniques.
Small to medium sized artwork is shipped via DHL or Parcelforce, but larger pieces, such as sculptural works or large wall-based artwork is dispatched via a specialist art courier. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has been processed.
If you would like to purchase work and collect it from the gallery, incurring no shipping fee, this can be arranged.
If you are interested in buying multiple pieces of artwork, we may be able to offer this at a reduced rate, so please get in touch before purchasing.
Due to our remote location, delivery can sometimes take 2-3 days longer to arrive than estimated. We will endeavour to keep you updated on shipping progress and tracking information will be provided via email once your purchase has been booked in for shipping.
Returns
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, please contact the gallery within 14 days of receiving your purchase to arrange a return. Where possible, please retain the original packaging that the artwork was delivered in and use this to safely repackage the work. Artwork must be returned in the condition that it was originally sold in.
