Shona Jack is a Perth & Kinross based ceramicist who takes inspiration from the landscape and black basalt rock formations of the Scottish shoreline and Western Isles. Having spent summers on the Isle of Skye as a child, she has long felt drawn to the raw energy of this beautiful place. Shona’s work is hand built and thrown from stoneware and Raku clay before being fired in a raku kiln. Her delicate and balanced forms reflect a deep rooted love for the landscape of Scotland.
